On September 9, 2009 Joe Lambert from the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians / Cherokee Police Department participated Training and Certification program on the NarTest NTX2000 Drug Analyzer device that the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians / Cherokee Police Department has purchased.
