About Environics

Environics Oy manufactures sensors, detectors and systems for the detection of chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) threats. The CBRN products are suitable for the monitoring of threats and for crisis management and the sensor networks also handle environmental monitoring tasks. The company belonging to Finnish Finntemet-group was founded in 1987 and during the time of its operations has sold to over 40 countries.

Environics employs approximately 100 personnel. The overall turnover for Environics in 2009 will be around 18 M Euros.
